1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

1.1. All agreements regarding the teaching of sessions by Ethio UK FC to the Pupil are governed by these terms, excluding all other terms and conditions.
1.2. No modifications or additions to these terms will be binding unless agreed upon in writing by Ethio UK FC.

2. Responsibility

2.1. You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the pupil and agree that you or a carer will attend each session with the pupil unless previously agreed with us.
2.2. You confirm that the information provided in the Booking/Registration Form is accurate and will inform us of any changes immediately.
2.3. You acknowledge that the pupil will be under the supervision, care, and control of a carer during each session, who will be responsible for the pupil’s welfare and conduct while on the premises or field.
2.4. Some sessions may be held outdoors in public spaces selected by Ethio UK FC. During these sessions, the carer is responsible for the pupil’s whereabouts and must ensure the pupil stays within the designated boundaries.
2.5. You agree to indemnify Ethio UK FC against all losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses incurred directly due to any actions by a carer or the pupil.

3. Discipline and Inappropriate Behaviour

3.1. If we determine that the pupil’s or carer’s behaviour is unacceptable, we reserve the right to exclude the pupil and/or the carer from a session or the premises for an appropriate period. Unacceptable behaviour includes damage to property, disruptive actions, verbal or physical aggression towards the coach or other pupils, or any other behaviour deemed inappropriate.
3.2. Should the pupil or carer be excluded for such reasons, our liabilities are terminated, and Ethio UK FC will not be obligated to offer any refunds or compensation.

4. Absenteeism

4.1. Regular attendance is crucial for the pupil’s progress. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions without a medical certificate.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. You must inform Ethio UK FC and the coach of any medical conditions or injuries affecting you, the carer, or the pupil before the start of the term or each session. If you have any health concerns impacting participation, consult your GP beforehand.
5.2. It is the carer’s responsibility to ensure the pupil is dressed according to our guidelines. The coach reserves the right to refuse participation if the pupil’s clothing or accessories pose a safety concern.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1. Fees for a complete term must be paid before the first session of that term. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your booking without further notice and the pupil will be denied access.
6.2. An annual membership fee of £35.00 is mandatory for all children attending term-time sessions. This includes our branded Nike training kit and an optional sticker book.
6.3. The fee for a full term is £120.00, which breaks down to £40 per month or £10 per week.

These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6.4. Bookings must be made via our website.
6.5. If booking late into a term, the fee will be reduced based on the number of missed sessions.
6.6. Confirmation of booking will be sent by email to the address provided in the online booking form.

6.7. Fees for a full term are non-refundable except as stated in Clause 7.
6.8. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or credits provided for future classes.
6.9. If the pupil misses four or more sessions due to illness, a credit note may be issued upon providing a medical certificate. Contact Ethio UK FC by the day of the missed session to request a credit note.

7. Changes or Cancellation by Us

7.1. We reserve the right to cancel your booking before the start of any term, in which case we will refund the fees paid for that term.
7.2. We may change the coach for the sessions at any time.
7.3. Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent. If Ethio UK FC deems the weather unsafe, the session will be postponed, and parents will be notified via text message. If more than two sessions are postponed in a term, a credit will be issued for each additional postponed session, usable towards a future full term booking.
7.4. Permanent changes in session location or time will be considered changes to these conditions and will be communicated accordingly.
7.5. We may amend these conditions at any time and will provide as much notice as possible.
7.6. Sessions will operate on the advertised start date if a sufficient number of players are booked. If arrangements cannot be provided, a refund of all monies paid will be available upon request or alternative arrangements will be offered.
7.7. We are not liable for compensation if changes or cancellations occur due to civil strike, industrial disputes, terrorist activities, fire, adverse weather, or other reasons beyond our control.

8. Changes or Cancellation by You

8.1. You may request changes to your player’s session before the term starts. We will make every effort to accommodate such requests based on availability.
8.2. Ethio UK FC does not refund term fees, as the space is reserved for the full term upon payment.
8.3. Once the term has started, cancellations due to personal reasons such as holidays, relocation, or other matters will not receive refunds, and the pupil’s space will be released immediately.

9. Refund Policy

9.1. No attendance equals no refund.

11.2. These conditions, along with the Booking/Registration Form, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ethio UK FC.
11.3. By paying the fee and attending the session, you agree to these terms.
11.4. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
